DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPMENTS?
For orders it is your own responsibility to arrange and pay for the return shipment. 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept IDEAL, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we offer shipping within the European Union.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Most orders placed before 11pm on Monday-Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will have your order within 1-5 working days.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE SHIPMENT STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace number to track the status of your order. If you have not received it, please check your spam box. Otherwise, please email our customer care with your order number: info@browhouse.nl.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
The return shipment is for your own cost. Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Products to return must be in perfect condition and are not used. We do not pay for additional customer tax.

Please follow the below instructions to return your item:

1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping envelope and close the return closure.

2. Close securely

3. Bring the package to your nearest post office within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. It is your own responsibility to ship the items with track & trace.

4. When the return has arrived back & is approved, your refund will be processed in the same way as the original method of payment within 14 days from the reception of the returned item. We shall refund the original price that you have paid for the purchased your item. In case of sale items, we are able to refund the sale price of the items. 

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
To exchange an item for a different product we kindly ask you to place a new order. The process of exchanging an item is the same as returning an item.

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
You will have 14 days from the day that you have received your order to return the product.
